  1. After MCOM sends Command MC invite and it is completed (Associate set as ACTIVE) MCOM sends Command Central new agent setup notification via form from website: (Above Form)

  2. Command Central sends Agent their set up form

  3. Command Central sets up Agent

  4. Command Central emails Agent and MCOM with overview of passwords/logins/links

 

 

AGENT SETUP:

  • Command Profile

  • Marketing Profile

  • Referral Profile

  • KW Mobile App-Share Personal URL

  • Command APP -Share link to instructions on how to Download/Login

  • KW Agent Website

  • KW Email

    • Email Signature Added: Compliance logo / Headshot

  • DocuSign Setup/Connection

    • Login/email Pass/ same as Command

    • Security question is current phone number

    • NRDS integration: State forms available

    • Profile in DS

    • Set signature

  • Check List Hub Box in KWLS

  • My Business Card QR code-Share for Download

  • Stock Smartplan Library Load
